I purchased my truck here after having a truly horrible experience with the service department at this dealership where I swore I would never purchase a jeep product again. I purchased my 1500 from them 2 years ago. I have avoided the service department due to my prior experiences with them until recently when I needed them to replace a cracked exhaust manifold under warranty. Here I am. This dealership does terrible for service. They have had out truck for over 4 months! They don't communicate at all. They have had backorders on parts that we have to continuously call and check on. They claim they have fixed the truck then all of a sudden there is another error message. They said the repair would take 3 days and here we are months later! STAY AWAY FROM WILLIAMSBURG JEEP. I recently relocated to Williamsburg from Sedona Arizona. I have a 2019 Rubican Unlimited and recently the power lock switch on the passenger side quit working. Jeep to dealer for check engine light spent $625 for repair and it did not fix problem. 3rd trip they told me it would be another $485 to fix. The ESIM part cost $69 and gasket was $10 and the job required 3 hours labor. I refused repair. My son fixed issue by installing a new ESIM valve. Cost from Advanced Auto was $50 and that included the gasket. He replaced valve in less than 10 minutes. Do the math. I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealer but after this incident will be looking for a new dealer.
Really bad! My tires almost fell off after a tire rotation when the lug nuts were not tighten. Happened on a trip out of town. Called when I returned and explained what had happened. Worst Dealership I have ever been to. To start off brought my 2017 Ram 2500 in for recall "ABS module" let my wife pick it up, had air still in brake system so had to bring it back for a 2nd time. I was on Vacation in Williamsburg June 11, 2018. I heard an engine noise. I called WCJD. Service writer Cole had my Grand Cherokee water pump replaced under warranty and got me a free loaner. It took 12 visits to jeep dealers to fix the broken AC on a car with 18,000 miles. Most of these visits were to Williamsburg Jeep because we started the repair there and Chrysler forced us to continue with their deplorable service department since the repair originated there. Fantastic experience. We had been looking in the Hampton Roads area for a Jeep for over a month, and were very unhappy with the customer service we were receiving at the dealerships by us.
