Will is the best. He fully explains everything first, shows you the things you don’t understand, and through him my understanding g of the issues made perfect sense. He goes above and beyond and his customer service is not seen enough these days. Will is the reason I fully trust my purchases and work done here. Hands down the most knowledgeable and professional person I have met.

I would like to say in 40 plus years of buying cars doing business with WCDJR was a pleasure. I didn't get pressure from the sales consultant. I didn't get stuck in the showroom for any length of time. After test driving the car I asked what it would take to make a deal. My sales consultant came back with a reasonable offer. I made a counteroffer which was later accepted. The finance dept was easy going and covered additional coverage without pressuring me to. The drastic situation for ordering a new car in 2022 was very taxing and frustrating to say the least. Our experience was very satisfying as Williamsburg KIA took our order at MSRP in lieu of 3 other dealers who were demanding 3 to 4 K over MSRP to place an order for a new car. Our rep Mike Wiseman became our confident and trusted partner as we made our journey thru 5 months for our car to be delivered. He calmed us and confided to us the truth and said we would be happy with the KIA. Especially since we did not demo the car because there was no car to be demonstrated when we visited the dealer.
